Williams Kastner Announces 2023 New Members

January 01, 2023 ─ Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that three new Members will be admitted to the firm. Earning a place in Williams Kastner’s 2023 Member class are:              Jeff M. Wells (Seattle), Frank S. Harrison (Seattle), and Brendan T. Vandor (Seattle).

Jeff M. Wells – Equity Member
His employment litigation practice focuses on defending large multi-national corporations, small businesses, and public entities in employment related matters.  Jeff has defended clients against class actions, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, hostile work environment, wage and hour, and other employment related claims. Jeff also routinely provides outside investigation services for both public and private entities.

Frank S. Harrison – Member
His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy matters, class actions, contract disputes, construction litigation, health care litigation and real estate litigation.

Brendan T. Vandor – Member
Since first joining the firm as a summer associate in 2014 while attending the University of Michigan Law School, Brendan has represented Williams Kastner clients in trials, arbitrations, and mediations in various matters, including transportation, personal injury, commercial litigation, product liability, and tribal law. In addition, his general litigation experience includes breach of contract cases and insurance coverage disputes. In line with his work defending local and national transportation companies, Brendan serves on the firm’s Transportation Practice Rapid Response Team.
