Susan E. Lehr
About
Susan Lehr has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of business formation, securities, business transactions, real estate development, federal and state tax, and corporate law. She brings experience, creativity and practical advice to everything she works on. Ms. Lehr has organized, negotiated and closed complex business transactions including venture capital, private placement and institutional financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and has represented international clients in transnational business planning, transactions and operational matters. Her extensive federal and state tax experience allows her to identify and minimize potential tax issues. Her real estate projects include residential and commercial development, financing, leasing and condominiums. Ms. Lehr has worked on complex, mixed-use projects, providing innovative structuring which has resulted in maximal flexibility for financing and liability limitation, while preserving developer control and favorable tax treatment. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for her work in Real Estate Law (2024 – 2025).
