Her practice focuses on construction defect, wrongful death, personal injury, and product and premises liability claims in both state and federal courts. Megan represents insurers in third-party and first-party disputes and provides strategic guidance on insurance-related matters, particularly in the context of high-exposure losses and catastrophic events.
Leslie Kocher-Moar‘s civil litigation practice focuses on bodily injury and property damage defense, as well as appeals and insurance coverage disputes. She defends lawsuits on behalf of individuals and corporations that vary in size, scope, and complexity and provides advice to insurers on an array of coverage matters.
Greg Reinert focuses his practice on civil litigation representing insurers, self-insured businesses, and employers in complex, high-stakes litigation across Oregon and Washington.
