Williams Kastner announces the promotions of Brad Hill, Greg Reinert, Brad Schlesinger, and Ashley Shearer to Of Counsel. Each was elevated from Senior Associate in recognition of their exceptional contributions to the firm and our clients. Three of the promoted attorneys are based in the firm’s Portland office, and one is located in Seattle.

Brad Hill, based in the firm’s Portland office, focuses on civil litigation, including construction, product liability, and the defense of transportation industry clients in personal injury litigation. He has handled a wide range of matters involving construction liability, catastrophic personal injury, and first- and third-party insurance claims, representing clients throughout the Pacific Northwest in state and federal courts.
Greg Reinert, based in the firm’s Portland office, represents insurers, self-insured businesses, and employers in civil litigation across Oregon and Washington. His experience includes matters involving catastrophic worksite injuries, toxic substance exposure, and insurance-related fraud.
Brad Schlesinger, based in the firm’s Seattle office, is a member of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Team and represents numerous transportation industry clients and their insurance carriers in a wide variety of matters including catastrophic personal injury litigation. Brad is also a member of the firm’s transportation rapid response team.
Ashley Shearer, based in the firm’s Portland office, concentrates her practice on construction litigation and general tort liability. She represents contractors, developers, insurers, and businesses in matters involving construction defects, contractual disputes, and personal injury claims.
