Leslie A. Kocher-Moar

Leslie A. Kocher-Moar is Of Counsel in the Portland office of Williams Kastner. Her civil litigation practice focuses on bodily injury and property damage defense, as well as appeals and insurance coverage disputes. She defends lawsuits on behalf of individuals and corporations that vary in size, scope, and complexity and provides advice to insurers on an array of coverage matters.

Leslie has litigated a wide variety of claims before the Oregon Circuit Courts, Washington Superior Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Over the course of her over 30-year career, she has tried over 50 cases. She has handled appeals in the Oregon Court of Appeals, Oregon Supreme Court, Washington Court of Appeals, Washington Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
