January 01, 2024 ─ Williams Kastner is pleased to announce the promotion of two of the firm’s attorneys: Heidi L. Mandt (Portland) is being promoted to Equity Member and Miles Stewart (Seattle) is being promoted to Member.

Heidi Mandt – Equity Member
Ms. Mandt’s practice focuses on defending clients in product liability, transportation, medical and other professional liability claims, and toxic torts. Her practice also covers general insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. She has tried more than twenty cases to verdict in both state and federal courts ranging from product liability to personal injury and commercial claims.
Miles J. M. Stewart – Member
Mr. Stewart’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, including coverage analysis and advice as well as defending insurers in litigated cases. His experience ranges from advising primary carriers in first-party property cases to representing high excess carriers in third-party liability matters involving multiple layers and millions of dollars in coverage. He also has significant experience defending insurers in alleged extra-contractual “bad faith” suits.
