Bryan Scholnick is Of Counsel in Williams Kastner’s Seattle office. With more than two decades of litigation experience, Bryan represents clients in complex tort and contract matters, including product liability, construction defect, engineering and medical professional liability, and breach of contract disputes.
Bryan focuses on defending manufacturers, professionals, and corporate clients in high-stakes litigation involving catastrophic loss and significant financial exposure. His practice spans product liability, construction and design claims, and professional malpractice actions, where he provides strategic counsel aimed at minimizing risk and protecting clients’ business and reputational interests.
Drawing on his extensive trial and litigation management experience, Bryan has served as trusted local and regional counsel for clients facing complex and multiparty claims. He develops comprehensive defense strategies that balance immediate case objectives with long-term client goals, ensuring the integrity of their operations, products, and brands through all phases of litigation—from early evaluation through trial and appeal.
