Brad R. Schlesinger
About
Brad Schlesinger, based in the firm’s Seattle office, is a member of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Team and represents numerous transportation industry clients and their insurance carriers in a wide variety of matters, including catastrophic personal injury litigation. Brad is also a member of the firm’s transportation rapid response team.
Before joining Williams Kastner, Brad served as in-house counsel for State Farm, representing the company and its policyholders in litigation across multiple Washington counties. He managed complex insurance defense cases from inception to resolution, developing strategic litigation plans, conducting depositions of key witnesses, and securing favorable arbitration and mediation outcomes. Brad worked closely with insurance adjusters and expert witnesses to analyze case merits, mitigate risks, and achieve optimal results for clients.
Prior to moving to civil litigation, Brad spent over 9 years as a public defense attorney in West Palm Beach, FL, and Seattle, WA. As a trial and appellate attorney, Brad had a robust motions practice, filing hundreds of constitutional motions, tried over 50 jury trials to verdict, and briefed over 40 cases on appeal on charges ranging from petit theft to first-degree murder.
