Abigail Maurer
About
Abby Maurer is an Associate in Williams Kastner’s Spokane office. Her practice focuses on labor & employment defense, real estate litigation, and transportation defense.
Abby earned her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Abby served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and completed a two-year internship at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington.
Prior to joining Williams Kastner, Abby completed successive federal clerkships with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington (2021–2022) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2022–2023).
Abby is an adept oral advocate and brings substantial experience in federal courts. In her spare time, Abby enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
