Williams Kastner is pleased to welcome Brent Elswick as a Member in the firm’s Seattle office. Brent brings nearly 15 years of experience advising businesses and individual clients on corporate, transactional, and general business law matters, with a particular emphasis on aviation law.
His practice includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, lease, and financing of business and private aircraft; guiding them through FAA and DOT compliance; and advising on corporate structuring, tax considerations, letters of intent, purchase and lease agreements, financing arrangements, and hangar and management agreements. Brent also assists clients with entity formation, governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, insurance, and regulatory compliance. His combined transactional and aviation experience adds meaningful depth to Williams Kastner’s business and logistics capabilities across the Pacific Northwest.
