Rodney L. Umberger Named Vice Chair of USLAW NETWORK

October 1, 2019 (Seattle, WA) – At the USLAW Network Fall Conference in Washington, D.C., Rodney (Rod) Umberger was named Vice-Chair of the organization and is slated to become Chair of USLAW in 2020-2021. Rod has served on the Board of Directors for USLAW for several years and most recently was the Membership Management Director on the Executive Committee.

Rod is a long-time Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, where he serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and chairs the Business Litigation Practice Group. He is first and foremost a trial lawyer with experience handling product liability, transportation, premises liability, toxic tort, class actions, construction and a variety of commercial litigation matters. He also has experience representing insurers as coverage and monitoring counsel on large loss claims.
