Theresa H. Rava
About
Theresa Rava is a Member with Williams Kastner, working out of its Seattle office. Theresa mainly focuses her practice on business disputes and transactional matters. She has extensive experience in contract and business disputes, shareholder member conflicts, and other complex commercial cases. Theresa drafts operating agreements and other governance documents and has experience in maritime matters, as well as experience in a wide range of other matters.
Theresa is licensed to practice in Washington and California and regularly appears in courts in Oregon and Alaska as well. She has prior experience in insurance defense and coverage matters. Prior to practicing law, Theresa had a career in corporate finance.
