About
Sean Hornbrook is Of Counsel in Williams Kastner’s Seattle office. He has more than 20 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, corporations, insurance companies, and state agencies in litigation and trial.
Sean previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Torts Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, where he defended state agencies in state and federal courts in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, land use, regulatory compliance, custodial and Section 1983 actions, constitutional law, labor and employment law, and appellate issues. In private practice, he has handled complex litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, commercial trucking and commercial carrier incidents, product liability, premises liability, real property disputes, insurance bad faith, Labor and Industry issues, Board of Industrial Insurance appeals, and Consumer Protection Act claims.
He has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts, handled appeals, and overseen hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.
