Megan E. Uhle
Megan Uhle’s practice at Williams Kastner focuses on product liability, toxic tort, asbestos and general civil defense litigation. Megan also has experience in a wide variety of complex civil trial and appellate litigation before multiple state and federal courts and FINRA arbitration panels in her prior experience as a New York law firm associate.
Megan brings valuable Oregon appellate court experience to the table from her clerkship with former Chief Justice Paul J. De Muniz of the Oregon Supreme Court, as well as a rich background of community involvement through her prior work as a pro bono attorney with the Metropolitan Public Defenders, an intern at The Innocence Project, and as an associate board member of non-profit organization SMART (Start Making a Reader Today).
Megan’s competitive instincts reach far beyond the courtroom. Outside the office, she enjoys playing ice hockey and rugby, as well as scuba diving, hiking, and traveling.
