Leah Harris

About

Leah Harris is an associate at Williams Kastner who represents employers in labor and employment disputes, as well as clients in public sector and retail and hospitality matters. Her practice focuses on civil litigation and workplace-related claims.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from Grinnell College. She went on to attend the University of Washington School of Law, where she participated in the Mediation Clinic and mediated cases through the Dispute Resolution Center of King County, completed a judicial externship with the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II, and served as a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review.

She began her legal career at Williams Kastner as a summer associate and returned to the firm to continue her litigation practice. In addition to her client work, she serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Born and raised in Seattle, Leah values the opportunity to advocate for clients in the community that shaped her. Outside the office, she can often be found reading, running, cooking, and exploring Capitol Hill with her husband.
