Kurt C. Peterson

Kurt C. Peterson is Of Counsel in the Portland office of Williams Kastner. He is a seasoned trial lawyer and civil litigator with more than two decades of experience in Oregon and Washington. He has tried over 100 jury cases and more than 70 arbitrations, representing governmental entities, businesses, insurers, workers, and individuals in matters involving aviation, personal injury, property disputes, construction defect, employment, insurance coverage, and more.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kurt has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator in PIP/UM, court-annexed, private, and contract-required arbitrations, bringing a balanced perspective that helps clients pursue resolution outside of trial.
