Jessica M. Lancaster

Jessica M. Lancaster is Of Counsel in the Portland office of Williams Kastner. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability, retail and hospitality defense, product liability, employment-related claims, and general liability matters. She has extensive experience representing national and regional retailers, manufacturers, and service providers through all stages of litigation, including trial, arbitration, and dispositive motion practice. Jessica has secured numerous favorable outcomes for clients, including unanimous defense verdicts, summary judgment dismissals, and defense awards in arbitration proceedings.

In addition to her litigation work, she regularly advises clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal investigations, and has led cross-functional training sessions on state and federal legal requirements. She is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Wyoming, and has been an active leader and presenter within the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association.
