Jacob A. Blair

Jacob A. Blair is an Associate in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, where his practice focuses on environmental law and civil litigation. He advises and defends public entities and insurers, and represents clients in matters involving contaminated properties, remediation strategies, coverage disputes, and real estate transactions.

Jacob has extensive litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, and he works closely with clients to develop practical, results-oriented solutions to complex environmental and civil matters.

He graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Jacob gained valuable experience through internships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and DocuSign, Inc., where he advised government and commercial clients on a broad range of legal issues.
