About
Jaclyn Garcia is an Associate in Williams Kastner’s Portland office and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice team. She represents clients in real estate transactions and disputes, drawing on extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Before entering the legal profession, Jaclyn spent a decade in the business sector, working cross-functionally with every piece of the value chain, including sales, marketing, accounting, IT, supply chain, and business development. This broad experience of working with both domestic and international corporations gives her a unique understanding of her clients’ commercial priorities and informs her results-driven approach to legal representation.
