Erling Hanna
About
Erling Hanna is an Associate Attorney in the Portland office of Williams Kastner, where he focuses on transportation/logistics and commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, he practiced at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, managing a high-volume litigation docket that included all phases of case management through resolution. His experience includes taking and defending depositions, drafting pre-trial motions, preparing client-facing litigation reports, and representing clients in settlement conferences and mediations.
Previously, Erling served as an Associate Attorney at SBH Legal, representing Oregon employers in employment and workers’ compensation matters, including appellate work before the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board. He also clerked with the Oregon Department of Justice in its Child Advocacy section.
