Dirk Bernhardt is a member of Williams Kastner’s business litigation team, focusing on defending manufacturers and corporate clients in complex mass tort and product liability matters. Dirk’s practice spans asbestos litigation, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. With significant trial and litigation management experience, he provides strategic counsel aimed at protecting clients’ short- and long-term financial stability.
Dirk has served as a trusted advisor and advocate on local, regional, and national counsel teams, developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate liability exposure in mass tort litigation. His representation includes counseling manufacturers on high-stakes lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, ensuring the integrity and equity of their products and brands are upheld through all phases of litigation, including trial and appeal.
Before joining Williams Kastner, Dirk managed state and federal litigation for national manufacturers and defended the Washington State Department of Transportation against negligence claims.
