Wall Finishes, the Williams Kastner attorney team, led by Doug Hofmann, achieved one of the only defense verdicts for an EIFS (External Insulation and Finish System) and stucco siding subcontractor in a high damage case. Williams Kastner’s success continued in Meydenbauer Bay for another EIFS siding installer where our attorneys achieved a $40,212 verdict for another EIFS installer in a case with a pre-trial demand in excess of $900,000 (the verdict just exceeded the pre-trial offer of judgment for $40,000). Our attorneys provide clients with unparalleled expertise in construction defect matters, both in and out of the courtroom.
