Stacy DeMass is an Of Counsel attorney in the Business Litigation practice group and a member of the Transportation Practice Team. She provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients across the transportation industry. With in-depth experience in transportation law, Stacy advises motor carriers, logistics companies, shippers, and other industry stakeholders on regulatory compliance, litigation, and emergency response.
Kenna Duckworth is an Of Counsel attorney in the Business Litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice on representing clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, discrimination, breach of contract, debt collection, and consumer protection violations.
