Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2026, Max Glasson will be promoted from Of Counsel to Member and Eliot Harris and Jeff Wells will be elected to the firm’s Board of Directors.

Max Glasson focuses his practice on real estate, business, estate planning, and probate. He handles both litigation and transactional matters, combining proactive risk management with strong advocacy when disputes arise.
Eliot Harris is a commercial litigator who represents clients in insurance coverage, product liability, shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, real estate, intellectual property, premises liability, and professional negligence matters. He advises clients on pre-litigation strategy and coverage analysis and litigates coverage and bad faith claims across multiple lines of insurance.
Jeff Wells concentrates his practice on employment litigation, defending corporations, small businesses, and public entities in claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and class actions. His experience includes arbitration, jury trials, and appeals, along with advising employers on policies, discipline, accommodations, leave, and other workplace matters.
