WILLIAMS KASTNER ANNOUNCES 2020 NEW MEMBERS

January 6, 2020 ─ Williams Kastner is pleased to announce the new attorneys to be admitted to the firm’s membership, effective January 1, 2020. The newly elected members to Williams Kastner for 2020 are a Jeffery Wells, Ryan Vollans and Steven Cade.

Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that Jeffery Wells has become a Member in it’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on defending large multi-national corporations, small businesses, and public entities in employment related matters.  Jeff has defended clients against class actions, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, hostile work environment, and wage and hour claims.

Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that Ryan Vollans has become a Member in its Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with experience in the areas of products liability, medical devices, premises liability, toxic tort, as well as in commercial litigation. Mr. Vollans is a litigator with extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trials/arbitrations, and appeals.

Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that Steven Cade has become a Member in its Business Litigation Practice Group. Steven’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, products liability, and transportation law. He also advises both insurers and insureds on insurance coverage issues. Notably, Steven assisted in prosecuting a multi-million dollar products liability case on behalf of a construction client.
