Adam Rosenberg Recognized With IMLA Amicus Service Award

On Friday, April 15th, 2016 at its Mid-Year Seminar in Washington, D.C., IMLA recognized Adam Rosenberg of Williams Kastner and Dan Lloyd from the City of Vancouver for their efforts in drafting a Ninth Circuit amicus brief on behalf of the IMLA and other local government organizations.

The International Municipal Lawyers Association’s Amicus Service Award seeks to recognize lawyers who have been actively involved in legal advocacy for and on behalf of local governments and IMLA, and who have done exemplary work to protect and advance local government interests. Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Lloyd drafted the amicus brief in the Kamakeeaina v. Honolulu case.

“IMLA’s legal advocacy program is vital to our mission and without lawyers like Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Lloyd, we would not be able to sustain it.” – Amanda Kellar, Associate General Counsel / Director of Legal Advocacy, IMLA.
