Maxwell Glasson
About
Max Glasson is Of Counsel at Williams Kastner, focused on real estate, business, estate planning and probate. His practice spans both the litigation and transactional sides of matters, leading with a pragmatic approach of avoiding pit-falls at the outset of a transaction and aggressively enforcing his client’s rights in litigation.
Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, he graduated from the University of Washington, returning to Tahoe to become a third-generation real estate appraiser. Wanting to be more directly involved in the transactions and disputes in which he provided his services, he attended Santa Clara University School of Law. He returned again to Tahoe for his start as an attorney, representing clients in both Nevada and California. In 2017 Max moved back to Washington to start a family and build his own legal practice. Becoming a father inspired Max to round out his practice with estate planning services. In 2022 he was appointed as a Commissioner Pro Tem for the King County Superior Court.
