JOSHUA TINAJERO is an Associate in the Seattle office. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group.

Joshua obtained his bachelor’s degree and law degree from Southern Illinois University.  As an undergrad, he was a member of the SIU Salukis football team.  When he transitioned into law school he became an editor for the Journal of Legal Medicine and worked as an academic advisor/counselor for at-risk college athletes.  After law school, he spent a year clerking for the Honorable Michael P. McConahy of the Fairbanks Superior Court.  Joshua then moved to the Anchorage District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney where prosecuted a wide variety of felony matters and took over 25 cases to jury verdict.  He then relocated to Seattle, Washington and worked for a national law firm focusing on mass toxic torts and construction litigation matters.

Now at Williams Kastner, Joshua works as litigation counsel for a variety of clients.  His prior experience as a prosecutor and civil attorney allow him to provide his clients with effective, meaningful, and realistic strategies to handle their complex matters.

In his free time, you can find Joshua exploring the beautiful mountains of the Pacific Northwest, either in boots or on skis.  He grew up with parents born and raised in Vietnam and Mexico, respectively, and as a result, he thoroughly enjoys immersing himself in different cultures.
