Hayley D. Porter

Hayley Porter is an Associate in Williams Kastner’s Portland office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including retail and hospitality matters.

Before joining Williams Kastner, Hayley represented employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims and litigation. Her experience includes advising clients on claim processing and benefits issues, handling matters before the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board, preparing appellate briefs, taking and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements.

Earlier in her career, Hayley practiced in estate planning and probate and trust administration, where she advised clients and fiduciaries and prepared estate plans, probate pleadings, settlement agreements, accountings, and other transactional documents.
