About
Dean Floerchinger represents insurers, businesses, contractors, and individuals in a broad range of civil disputes, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage matters. He defends claims involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, transportation accidents, construction defect, product liability, and property damage. Dean works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies focused on protecting their business interests and achieving efficient resolutions.
With nearly 15 years of litigation experience, Dean has represented Fortune 100 companies, insurers, regional businesses, and individuals throughout Washington, Idaho, and the Northwest. He has extensive experience in jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and motion practice, giving clients confidence that their matters are prepared for resolution at every stage of litigation.
Before joining Williams Kastner, Dean served as a senior staff counsel for a national insurer, where he defended a wide variety of civil claims and advised clients facing significant legal and financial exposure. His experience evaluating risk, resolving disputes, and trying cases enables him to provide practical, business-focused counsel tailored to each client’s goals.
