Andy James Sletten
About
Andy James Sletten is a Senior Associate at Williams Kastner, located in the Seattle office. Andy has extensive criminal litigation and trial experience. He is admitted to practice law in Washington state.
Before joining Williams Kastner, Andy practiced criminal law (2017-2021), serving as an Assistant Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (ADPA) for the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, then as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (DPA) for the Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Andy served as the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Bainbridge Island (2021-2022) before returning to criminal litigation as a Public Defender with the Kitsap County Office of Public Defense, where he continued to develop his trial skills while serving indigent clients (2022-2024).
Andy obtained his law degree from American University Washington College of Law and his Masters and undergraduate degrees from University of North Dakota. Andy earned an LLM from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016.
In his free time, Andy enjoys time with his family and friends, working on cars, and gardening.
