Aidan P. Mathis

Aidan Mathis represents businesses, employers, and individuals in a variety of civil disputes. He works with clients to resolve commercial and employment matters while helping them navigate litigation efficiently and strategically.

Before joining Williams Kastner, Aidan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca L. Pennell, both at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and for the Washington Court of Appeals, Division III. Aidan previously practiced at another Spokane law firm where he represented business, individual, and local government clients in matters involving insurance, construction, and professional liability. His experience on both the bench and in private practice gives him valuable insight into the litigation process and helps him develop practical, well-reasoned solutions for his clients.

Aidan is the past president of the Spokane County Bar Association New Attorneys Division and is an at-large Trustee of the Spokane County Bar Association for the 2026-2027 term.
