Williams Kastner Welcomes Quanah Spencer

The law firm of Williams Kastner is pleased to announce the addition of Quanah Spencer to its Seattle office as Of Counsel.  Previously, Mr. Spencer worked as a public policy lawyer for the Yakama Nation, Coeur d'Alene Tribe and the National Congress of American Indians.  At Williams Kastner, Mr. Spencer, an enrolled Yakama tribal member, will join the Tribal Practice Group and will continue to concentrate his legal practice on public policy in both the local and national arenas.

In his response to Mr. Spencer joining Williams Kastner, Yakama Nation Tribal Chairman Ralph R. Sampson, Jr.  said, "Through Quanah Spencer's connection to the Yakama Nation and other tribes, he will bring to bear the best in experience, aptitude, and motivation to ensure that treasured Tribal traditions, histories, and priorities are represented. I look forward to continuing to work with Mr. Spencer as he continues his professional career with the Tribal Practice Group at Williams Kastner."

Mr. Spencer earned his J.D. in 2003 from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, in 1998.
