Hur and Anthony
Broadman were named to the Rising Stars list by
Washington Law & Politics for 2010. Claire assists tribal
governments and businesses with various transactions, including
financings and gaming deals. Anthony's practice focuses on
commercial litigation, and representing tribal governments and
enterprises in business disputes, gaming, tax matters and economic
development. They join Seattle Members Debora Juarez (Blackfeet) and Jerry
Creim, who were named to the Super Lawyers list by the
magazine last year.

expresses concern about the future of tribal sovereignty in light
of several recent Indian gaming-related court decisions that have
gone against tribal governments and casinos.

18-19, 2010). Gabe Galanda will serve as Program Co-Chair.
He serves as the Chair of the ABA Business Law Section Gaming Law
Committee, which is co-sponsoring the conference. Anthony Broadman
will moderate and present on "Federal Investigations of Tribal
Entities," on Friday, February 19th.
