Rod Umberger Selected to Chair Williams Kastner’s Business Litigation Practice Group
SEATTLE, WA (March 19, 2013) — Williams Kastner is pleased to announce that Seattle member Rod Umberger has been selected to chair the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Umberger will head one of the largest practice groups in the firm, comprised of highly skilled trial lawyers who have well-earned reputations for managing complex litigation cost-effectively and successfully. The Business Litigation Practice Group includes practice teams in the areas of Class Actions, Insurance Coverage, Securities, Intellectual Property, Transportation/Regulatory, Construction, Real Estate, Asset Recovery, Banking, and Environmental Litigation.
