Eliot Harris Authors Article on Effective Cross Examination Techniques

Seattle, WA. (February 11, 2010) – Eliot Harris, Associate in the Seattle office, is the author of an article published in the February 2010 edition of The Whisper, the newsletter for the DRI’s Young Lawyer Committee. The article, entitled, “Effective Cross Examination,” offers suggestions to attorneys on how to conduct more persuasive cross examinations. “Cross-examination,” Mr. Harris explains, “should be aimed at not only challenging the validity of the witness's testimony, but also at eliciting new testimony that offers a different point of view or a different set of facts.”
