Randy Aliment Interviewed by the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel on ABA Program in China

Seattle, WA. (December 1, 2009) – Randy Aliment, Member in the Seattle office, is interviewed in the December 2009 edition of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel regarding a recent program presented by the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section in China. In the interview, Mr. Aliment, who serves as Vice Chair of the Section, discusses the purpose of the conference, “Legal Challenges to Chinese Companies Doing Business in the United States,” which was held at Tsinghua University Law School in Beijing. In addition to educating Chinese business leaders on the U.S. legal system, the program also served as an “exchange of ideas on the civil justice system,” Mr. Aliment notes.
