Serving the health care industry for over 75 years, our attorneys provide sound and practical advice to businesses associated with senior living and long term care. Our attorneys have an exceptional depth of knowledge of the vast challenges facing long term health care delivery in a broad range of business and litigation matters. Our experienced trial lawyers are prepared to defend professional negligence, employment, personal injury, False Claims Act, breach of contract, and other litigation matters from the initial claim through the appeal.
