Serving the health care industry for over 75 years, our attorneys provide sound and practical advice to businesses associated with senior living and long term care. Our attorneys have an exceptional depth of knowledge of the vast challenges facing long term health care delivery in a broad range of business and litigation matters. Our experienced trial lawyers are prepared to defend professional negligence, employment, personal injury, False Claims Act, breach of contract, and other litigation matters from the initial claim through the appeal. Williams Kastner is an associate member of the Washington Health Care Association and Aging Services of Washington.

We have experience in all aspects of regulatory compliance, including licensure and certification, Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation, certificate of need, survey and enforcement, reimbursement and compliance, HIPAA and privacy law, Fair Housing Act, STARK, Anti-Kickback/Anti-Rebate laws, fraud and abuse, OSHA and WISHA.  Our regulatory compliance attorneys are prepared to assist clients in review and preparation of compliance plans and programs.
