Experience & Expertise

Williams Kastner has extensive experience defending national clients in mass toxic tort litigation involving a number of different toxic substances, with a particular emphasis on asbestos litigation. From a national defense perspective, our firm has represented clients at trial in numerous jurisdictions. We have extensive experience in gathering the evidence and presenting a client’s corporate history to assist in its state-of-the-art defense.
