Capabilities

These services may include acting as technology consultant, local counsel, regional counsel, discovery counsel or counsel with other expertise, dedicated trial counsel, MDL Defense Liaison Counsel and/or National Coordinating Counsel (NCC).
Experience and Qualifications
Over the last 25 years, our attorneys have distinguished themselves in virtually every area of mass tort litigation. Those areas may be grouped in three categories: Consumer Products, Industrial & Occupational Products and Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices litigation. Many of our attorneys have backgrounds in science, medicine and engineering disciplines, enabling them to handle expert witnesses effectively and present complex information to the mediator, judge and jury. Our trial readiness and exceptional trial results have been vital components of our clients’ success.
