Williams Kastner, a Northwest law firm, has been providing businesses and individuals with a full range of legal services since 1929.

Firm Structure

Leadership at Williams Kastner is concentrated within several committees that direct firm operations. Our Managing Director is Sheryl J. Willert. Approximately half of our attorneys are Members, while the remaining attorneys are Of Counsel and Associates. Assisting our attorneys are paralegals, litigation assistants and support staff who provide many value-added services for the benefit of our clients.

Memberships

Williams Kastner is a member of the USLAW Network, and Business Counsel, Inc.  USLAW Network is an organization formed in 2001 and comprised of independent law firms with offices throughout the United States. Via USLAW, Williams Kastner shares information with member firms in order to enhance the speed, efficiency and quality of legal services provided to each member firm's clients. By sharing this information, USLAW firms provide high quality legal services, without unnecessary expense to the client.  Business Counsel, Inc. is an organization of law firms in the United States and abroad focused on providing high quality legal services to the corporate business community.

Geographical Focus

Williams Kastner has two offices in Western Washington (Seattle and Tacoma), and an office in Portland, Oregon.  Additionally, a firm affiliation with the Duan & Duan law firm with Greater China offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong provides Williams Kastner's clients an experienced resource in Asia.
