November 1, 2011 (Portland, OR) – The law firm of Williams Kastner is pleased to announce the addition of David Artman to its Portland office.

Mr. Artman, who is joining the firm as an associate, is a member of the health care practice group. Prior to joining Williams Kastner, Mr. Artman had an internship at the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights in Washington D.C. and was an Extern for Justice Kathryn E. Zenoff, Second District Appellate Court of Illinois in Rockford, Illinois. He is also fluent in French and conversational in Mandarin.

Mr. Artman obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, his M.A. from University Paul Valéry, and his B.A. from Gonzaga University. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar.

Ms. Joye, who is joining the firm as an associate, is a member of the health care practice group. Prior to law school, Ms. Joye worked on health care policy and political campaigns for a national non-profit organization.

Ms. Joye obtained her J.D. from the University of Washington Law School and her B.A. from University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

Mr. Velloth is joining Williams Kastner as an associate. His practice is focused on business litigation. Previous to his employment with Williams Kastner, Mr. Velloth interned at the United States Department of Labor where he gained insight and experience into complex employment law issues.

Mr. Velloth received his J.D. from the University of Washington Law School and his B.A. from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
