Stanberry Foster Jr. is Of Counsel in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. He assists clients in defining, formulating, and carrying out wealth and legacy strategies for the control, management, and protection of assets of less than $100,000 to over $50,000,000. Mr. Foster’s practice involves wills, trusts, community property agreements (and other domestic partner agreements), guardianships, elder law, gifts, taxation, the administration and settlement of trusts and estates (through probate or by avoiding probate), litigation and dispute management concerning inheritances and trusts and family business succession planning. He is a trained mediator in trust and estate matters and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Trusts and Estates, and to Super Lawyers by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Foster has also been recognized by the Seattle Met magazine as a “Top Lawyer” in Estate Planning, a designation based upon Martindale-Hubbell’s ranking of those practitioners in King County who have been judged by their peers to be “AV Preeminent”—the highest peer-review rating available.
