Andrija Samardzich is an associate in the Portland office of Williams Kastner and a member of the Business Litigation and Products Liability & Mass Torts Practice Groups. Mr. Samardzich has an extensive background in product liability defense for major automobile manufacturers and has managed multi-million dollar litigation in multiple jurisdictions. He served as law clerk for Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, and presided over unemployment insurance appeals hearings as administrative law judge for the Department of Workforce Development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Samardzich served the Arizona Justice Project with pro bono legal work for two years.
