Experience:

Rachel Robinson is an associate in the Portland office of Williams Kastner. Her civil litigation practice focuses on product and professional liability cases. She has handled cases involving food products, vitamins and dietary supplements, medical devices, commercial grade floor mats, vent-free fireplaces, and equipment used in the installation of overhead power lines. Her professional liability experience includes legal and insurance malpractice cases.

Ms. Robinson also enjoys appellate work. She has filed briefs in the Oregon Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, responded to a petition for review in the Oregon Supreme Court, and recently argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals.

As a student at Willamette University College of Law, Ms. Robinson organized the "Law of the Body" symposium, a one-day program examining the implications of medical science on legal decision making. She was editor-in-chief of Willamette Law Online, a daily case summary service, and a writer for the Oregon Courts section of the service.

In her free time, Ms. Robinson enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and spending time with her three sisters and husband. She also competes in an annual sprint triathlon, enjoys reading for her book club, and recently added gardening to her list of hobbies.
