Experience

Scott O’Halloran is a member in the Tacoma office of Williams Kastner. Mr. O’Halloran’s practice areas include complex civil litigation with an emphasis in health care, professional, commercial, and product liability issues. As lead trial counsel in more than 100 complex civil litigation lawsuits, he has successfully defended corporate and individual clients at trial, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Before joining Williams Kastner, Mr. O'Halloran served as Captain in the U.S. Army, Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG), from 1995-2000.

Washington Law & Politics magazine designated Mr. O’Halloran as a Rising Star in 2003 and 2004 and as a Super Lawyer in 2004 and from 2007 to 2011.
