Sean Moore is of counsel in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, and product and premises liability. Mr. Moore advises and represents National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) member institutions and public school districts in all manner of labor-related claims, as well as harassment, intimidation, and bullying actions. He is a member of the Council for School Attorneys, and is “AV Preeminent” peer-review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Moore also has experience defending private corporations, municipalities, and state agencies in suits arising from environmental and industrial catastrophes such as the Taylor Bridge fire and the Olympic Pipeline explosion, in addition to having defended hospitality and healthcare entities in E. coli and latex allergen cases respectively. He serves as a third-party neutral, and has arbitrated numerous disputes through the King County MAR program.
Mr. Moore is licensed to practice in Washington, Oregon, U.S. District Court (Western Washington, Eastern Washington), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Trial victories include defense verdicts in Martini v. State of Washington, Raunig v. The Golf Club at Newcastle, and most recently, Higgins v. Lakeside School.
