Experience:
Susan Lehr is a member in the Seattle office. She has been helping clients do business for over two decades. Ms. Lehr has worked for businesses of all sizes and stages of development, from start-ups to multinational corporations, providing legal advice in the areas of securities, transactions, contracts, federal and state tax, corporate and partnership matters, and real estate law. Ms. Lehr works extensively with entrepreneurs in start-up and early stages of development and as they grow. She has also negotiated, organized and closed complex transactions including venture capital investments, private placements, institutional financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she has represented international clients in transnational business activities, including private and public offerings. Ms. Lehr 's experience as an in-house counsel and small business owner gives her a unique perspective of the real need for practical solutions.
