Experience:
Joe Just is a member in the Tacoma office. His practice focuses on general litigation with a primary emphasis on medical malpractice, product liability and insurance defense. He represents municipalities on Civil Rights Section 1983 actions and premises liability, and insureds in automobile negligence actions as well as defending a wide range of claims against doctors and hospitals. Mr. Just's commercial experience includes representing trust beneficiaries to recover the value of assets wrongfully removed from their trust, the valuation and sale of corporations and the impact of environmental contamination on the value of real estate. He also has experience resolving personal injury disputes through arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Just serves as legal advisor for the Tacoma Learning Center and legal advisor for the Steilacoom Historical Museum Association.
