Experience

Jessie Harris is a trial lawyer and member in the Seattle office and past member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation related to employment law, bodily injury, product liability and commercial cases. Mr. Harris has broad litigation experience consisting of numerous jury trials, alternative dispute resolution and managing complex cases in state and federal court. He was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine from 2001 to 2004, and again from 2008 to 2010 and was named to the Super Lawyers list in 2011.

Mr. Harris represents clients in cases involving corporate negligence, serious bodily injury and property damage. As part of his employment practice, Mr. Harris conducts personnel investigations and represents clients in lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation and discrimination. His commercial practice includes the representation of clients in contract disputes and cases involving breach of warranties, misrepresentation, and violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Harris’ clients consist of private sector entities, municipal corporations including school districts, cities, towns and numerous public agencies.
